Free shipping is available on orders over $300 to any address in Europe, it’s that simple! Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to orders outside Europe. Returns Period
We stand behind our good machine Guarantee: return any non-commercial and non-consumable item to us within 30 days of your purchase for ANY reason. It’s important to us that you not only love your new gear, but each cup of coffee you make, is your best cup yet.
Here are the details: return your purchase in like-new condition, and we’ll refund you the full purchase price less our shipping and handling fees. We also will happily exchange defective products and our coffee experts can help you exchange your machine for one that better fits your needs.

30-Day Price Guarantee
Product pricing can sometimes fluctuate due to changes in our costs, short-term sales or manufacturer promotions. If you purchase from Henriks Coffee Machine and our retail price on the item drops within 30 calendar days, please send us an email with your original order number and we’ll provide you with store credit for the difference!
