We have it only 2 weeks, but so far it has performed as advertised. We have made lattes, flat whites, espressos, Americanos, and coffees. All are great. It easy to dial in the various attributes on the control screen. After three variations on my morning latte, I found the perfect recipe.

Works great, clean-up is very easy, the Hygiesteam milk clean is awesome. Makes it very easy to have an excellent cappuccino at home.

This is my 3 super automatic in the last 20 years. They never break down. We just upgrade and give old ones to family and they are all operating still
We tore out a plumbed water Miele machine that was built in that cost us $4000 because we could not keep it running. Broke 3 times in 1st year. Replace with this new one.

New and out of the box it would not cycle past “insert grounds drawer” after some research appears to be a common issue. Apparently there is a bad switch design for the grounds drawer that breaks off of the mount located inside the unit. . Really too bad, prior to this unit I had a Saeco automatica that lasted 17 years and is actually still going. Was buying this unit to eventually replace that and thought i would stick with the same company, but it appears Saeco has sold out on the quality somewhere. So sent this thing back and now looking for another brand.

This is Saeco top of the line machine. Much better than Jura. It has a removable brew group that make maintenance easy. Plus the water tank and dump bins are at the front. AAA+++ Saeco
