Professional grade espresso drinks at home for a fraction of the cost of other machines. Phillips actually owns the other espresso machine major brands. So you will find the same internal components without over paying for a particular brand. Great product. Has been a wonderful edition to our household.

We love the machine. It’s easy and simple and makes absolutely delicious coffee in multiple formats. The ease and simplicity of this unit with the automatic frother is stunning! It’s a little extra loud while it steams milk but the outcome is amazing, absolutely amazing. We debated and debated about this vs. another Saeco model and we couldn’t be happier that this was the final decision. Well done Philips!!!!

Great buy, love the machine. Front water tank access is more important than you think. Dispenser is more height adjustable than most. My other machine is a Gaggia Babila and uses the same brew mechanism, and that’s good it shows a robust design. Pods are not the same as freshly ground beans, that makes the flavor noticeably more bold. Enjoy!

Great Product. It’s a breeze to make coffee. Only issue is the amount of water used up the system for cleaning itself. But I guess that’s how it runs flawlessly. The coffee tastes good! 🙂

We love the coffee it makes after finding the right beans and use it for espresso and coffee 4-8 times a day. After 10 months its grinder broke. It is sort of a common issue. A little brittle piece of plastic connects the grinder to the tray that makes the coffee puck. It cracks and releases coffee grounds into the top of the machine. You don’t notice much other than slightly weaker coffee. Eventually, it makes its way into the motor and fries it. I bought the part and replaced it myself for $77.00 (421944092381 GEN.MOTOR COF.GRINDER OMN 120V ASSY).
A few weeks later I noticed the grinder sound change one day and opened the top. The same little piece broke again and was releasing coffee. I plan on using food-grade epoxy to make a block of plastic around the connection because it is a tube shape.
A few weeks later the unit stopped dispensing coffee. It still made all the sounds of making coffee. After some YouTube videos, I found out the issue was a dry rotted o-ring on a pressure valve. They tend to break in such a way that the crack is facing away from you. I turned it around and it was crumbling. I replaced the o-rings for $12.00 from a coffee supply shop (It says 996530059399 for the part. It was the slightly larger one second from the bottom).
All that said, now it is back to working 100% and making coffee we all enjoy that only takes a minute or two.
Using either Square Trade or Philips for warranties is a nightmare. Philips site just keeps sending you through FAQs.

Really fantastic coffee maker. Unfortunately, the machine arrived very dirty with coffee grounds and grime from it’s previous owner so I had to deep clean it first before use. Was very upset at this because I didn’t know this before giving it as a gift to someone. The pictures make it look very clean, but this was not the case.
