this was a refurbished product, so I worried a little bit that it might not work to expectations. However after the initial setup, it has been a breeze to operate and only took a few cups of coffee to get the amount of coffee/water ratio right. I mostly use for regular coffee, and really enjoy the crema that comes with the automatic filterless machine. In the afternoon I may make a mocha by steaming the milk with chocolate pieces, or sometimes I just steam milk for the kids’ cocoa. It works great for all these purposes. The wand is easy to use and easy to clean. So far so good!

water tank is very small, automatically shuts off almost as fast as one finishes there first cup of coffee, thus you have to restart it again, beans don’t flow into the grinder well as they should and the coffee taste is ok.

They are expensive but man it makes a great cup of coffee. I recommend. The steaming and hot water come out if the same spicket so you occasional get sprayed with hot water of you forget. Yes the hot water feature is a bad design. So if you like tea skip it.

This is great! I used to have to measure and tamp the coffee, then clean, and do the same process for the next espresso. Now, I just select how many shots I desire, and press start. The beans are ground, and a perfect two shot espresso is delivered to my cup below. It also makes all kinds of coffee drinks, and has a milk frother for specialty drinks.

Just as many drink options as my beloved, 10+ year old model (no longer made) but more customization options (drink size, temperature) and the ability to brew decaf when needed! Easy to understand, much easier to refill with beans and water, easier to clean. Looks very nice and at 14.5″ high, is only 1/2″ higher than my last model. For the price, it’s a winner!

My wife enjoys coffee and had been wanting to get more into fancier coffee (my term not hers) but hated how much work manual espresso machines were. This machine is a great compromise to that and is fairly reasonably priced (compared to other machines on the market that do similar things. It lives up to the super automatic category and it’s just a couple button pushes to make coffee – it even grinds the beans.
While I am sure you could make fancier stuff with a more expensive machine this fits us just fine.
