2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that have been opened, used, or altered will not be eligible for a return.
  • All accessories, manuals, and other components must be included with the returned product.

3. Process for Returning Products

To initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: Once you have received the RMA number, carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected from damage during transit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the product must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: For domestic returns within Denmark, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • International Returns: For international returns, the customer is also responsible for all shipping costs, including customs fees, taxes, and duties that may apply.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund. The product must meet the return eligibility requirements for a full refund to be issued.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or damaged items).
